A few weeks ago I had a girls day with one of my closest friends here in Colorado. Inspired by last year’s impromptu photoshoot, we decided to look presentable and take some pictures in her neighborhood with the fall trees in the background. Despite having a full face of makeup and our hair curled, we only wore these outfits for about 30 minutes before we changed into some comfy cozies (aka loungewear), and headed to a nearby restaurant for lunch.
I am a self proclaimed matching set connaisseur. Any time I am looking for an outfit for a specific occasion, I start by looking through the set options when scrolling online websites. I think sets are so cute and easily make you look more presentable and put together. Plus, they are way easier than trying to piece together an entire outfit. I recently bought this Superdown ‘Bonnie Varsity Skirt Set in Toast‘ from Revolve. I recommend sizing up if you are over 5’8, otherwise, the skirt will be quite short. I am glad I went with the medium and my only complaint is the material is a little thin. I have a pair of nude-color spandex that I wear whenever I am worried about length or sheerness of of skirt or dress. I paired the set with a trench coat and white sneakers.
