Roasted Parmesan Green Beans Recipe

January 18, 2023 by missoliviasays12@gmail.com Leave a Comment

I made this roasted parmesan green beans recipe a few weeks ago when Paul and I had a Friday date night cooking at home. Since then, we’ve been hooked. We actually made a creamy sun-dried tomato chicken with these green beans on the side and I honestly held off on sharing this recipe until today because I completely forgot to take a picture of anything besides the chicken. What I love about these green beans is that they are so easy to make and pair with a protein. I try to make a veggie side each night, but it can get boring with my usual go-to (broccoli, Brussel sprouts, etc). I am always on the hunt for yummy ways to prepare veggies, and what is better than green beans with parmesan and bread crumbs?

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb fresh green beans
  • 2 TBSP olive oil
  • 2 TBSP shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 TBSP bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Pepper for seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl; toss to coat.
  3. Spread green beans on a large baking sheet – I line mine with aluminum foil for easy clean up
  4. Roast for 20 minutes. At the halfway mark, stir to cook evenly
  5. Enjoy!
