I had so much fun posting my 2021 highlight reel in photos, that I wanted to do a part two in this impromptu series and share my favorite products from this year. Warning: this post is nothing ground breaking and borderline lame so proceed with caution.
Favorite Day! Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Caramels: When we were in Palm Springs in May 2021, we tried the Costco version of these dark chocolate sea salt caramels and were hooked. We went to Target about a month later and picked out this brand hoping they would be as good as the Costco brand. Turns out the Favorite Day brand is waaaay better. I could definitely go through a bag of these in a day.
Olipop: I tried Olipop for the first time in 2021 and was pleasantly surprised. It wasn’t until I picked up a Classic Grape flavor that I became hooked. I love adding a few cans of Olipop to my weekly grocery trip for a yummy weeknight beverage. These “sodas” are delicious and only 45 calories.
Aerie Groove-On Velour High Waisted Flare Pant: I snagged a pair of these pants in the color Blue Lion a couple of months ago. I have yet to wear them out in public (I need a little outfit inspiration and courage), but I love wearing them in the evenings while we lounge around and watch movies. They are so comfy and flattering, I highly recommend picking up a pair.
My Erin Condren Planner: Every Christmas I asked for a new planner and the past three years I have gone with Erin Condren. I love to plan out my week, write to-do lists, and keep track of birthdays. I get mine personalized with my name and customized with my favorite colors.
Threshold Double Cloth Quilt: This is a super random favorite, but after a weekend trip to Eagle, Colorado where we stayed in a cabin with amazing decor, I was inspired to get a cloth quit to add in addition to our duvet. Our dog Rex often lays on our bed, so I love an extra layer of protection from his hair and where we sleep. I love the cream and gray combo, plus it is easy to wash!
Glow Recipe Plum Plumb Hyaluronic Serum: I featured this product in a monthly favorites post in 2021, but wanted to also highlight it in this post. I tried out a few skincare and anti-aging products this year and I really have enjoyed the Hyaluronic serum from Glow Recipe. It is a smaller bottle, but has lasted me longer than expected.
Benefit Roller Lash Mascara: I have repurchased this mascara over and over again. It has also been featured in a monthly beauty favorites post multiple times so I think it deserves a debut in my 2021 favorites.
Pulmuone Teriyaki Stir-Fry Udon- Costco: I tried this teriyaki kit while dog sitting at my parent’s house one afternoon and was in awe. It is very simple to make and I have loved adding different ingredients from my fridge to spice it up. My favorite is adding a little bit of broccoli and an over easy egg. This brand is sold in Costco, at least in Colorado, so it you are a big fan of quick meals, I highly recommend it.
On Running Cloudflow: I like to say that I was a fan of On Running before the brand got very popular. Not sure what that is worth, but I feel super trendy. Anyway, I have three pairs of On shoes and they are perfect for cross training. Whether I am doing an outdoor run or at Orange Theory, they are super comfy.
