I haven’t done a ‘favorites’ post in awhile and after some online shopping in the Q, I have some new products to share with my readers!
Athleta Running Shorts: I think I wear actual clothes once a week and the rest of the time I am wearing workout shorts and tanks. I purchased a few pairs of these Athleta running shorts over the Q and they are my new favorites. Fair warning, these shorts in the color ‘Fiji’ are pretty see through. They have built in underwear so it looks like I am wearing a pair of bloomers unaware the shorts are see-through.
Tarte Amazonian Clay Concealer: While scrolling through LinkedIn (yes LinkedIn) one day I saw an ad for a promotion where you could pick 6 items for $65 from Tarte. It wasn’t a free for all where you could pick anything and everything, but there were six categories consisting of blush, lips, face, makeup brushes, eyes and makeup bags. I picked out this concealer from the face category and it is easily my current favorite for quick flawless coverage. I can’t count how many times I’ve joined a Zoom call where everyone has their videos on so I quickly fix up my face with this concealer to appear somewhat alive and alert.
Tan-Luxe The Face Self-Tan Drops: This summer I have getting quite the tan spending time outdoors golfing or hanging out on my patio. I usually wear a hat and sunglasses so my face stays relatively unharmed from the sun. Also, I don’t know if it just me but my face tends to tan way slower than the rest of my body. I splurged a bit and bought these face self-tan drops to mix with my moisturizer a few days a week. They work great you just have to be sure you don’t go overboard with the amount you are mixing in your moisturizer and keep it to 2-3 times a week. Last week I accidentally used too many drops and I was orange and streaky.
