Merry Christmas! I hope everyone had a wonderful day filled with friends, family and good food. My family had the usual crew over: my grandma, grandpa, two great grandmas and my Uncle Mark. Typically, after presents, a board game and dinner, everyone is in and out within 2.5 hours #smallfamilyproblems. My mom, dad, sister and I tend to continue the Christmas festivities with movies, hot chocolate, games and walks with our german shepherds.
Christmas morning my sister and I had a small photoshoot with our pups, and we LOVED how the pictures turned out (thanks to my dad and his iPhone). I also loved me and my sister’s outfits so of course I had to do an outfit of the day featuring my two german shepherds.
Jake and Luke were more interested in the dog running by.
My Outfit: I think I have worn this brown suede skirt like 45 times this season. I love the way it looks with a plain white or black long sleeve. I pair it with a blanket scarf for extra warmth! For shoes, I have been loving my brown booties from Forever 21. Although, my second time wearing them I got two scuff marks on them just from walking. I recommend investing a little more money on a higher quality pair of brown booties because it is apparent these ones weren’t made very well.
Allie’s Outfit: Allie got her dress from ROOLEE Boutique. It is a midi-length dress that is absolutely adorable paired with brown or black booties. She got the dress for Christmas and now I am completely obsessed with the ROOLEE website!
My hair: I have been loving using a clampless curling wand instead of a 1.5 inch curling iron. I wrap about one inch sections of hair around the wand and then brush out the curls for extra volume!
Also: Both Jake and Luke know how to “shake”!!
