I purchased the Neutrogena Shine Control foundation in October, and if you saw my Target Haul, I mentioned that I would be doing a review of some of the products. I have been able to use the foundation for a couple weeks now and I have to admit, I am pretty disappointed. Immediately, I did not like the consistency of the product. It is extremely grainy and almost feels like I am exfoliating my face when I apply it. Neutrogena is one of the more high-end brands at the drugstore so I was surprised the quality is not better. As for the packaging, I enjoy to sleek bottle, however, it is practically impossible to get the product out of the bottle. I feel like I am trying to get ketchup out of the classic glass ketchup bottle, not knowing how much will spill out. Let me know if you have tried this product and what you think about it!
