June Favorites!

I look forward to posting monthly favorites every month! I love trying out new products and sharing the ones I love with you. Now that I am working full time and the pay checks are rolling in, I am looking to purchase a couple products that I have had my eye on lately. During June, as you probably know from my Batiste Review, I have been loving this dry shampoo (read the full review for more information). If I am curling my hair, I’ve been using my Aussie Hairspray, and let me tell you, this stuff smells magical! I will probably purchase a stronger hold next time (this one is only flexible hold) because the Colorado weather does not like to keep my curls in place.

For makeup products, I adore my Bare Minerals loose eyeshadow in Starlight. Usually, I don’t like loose powders because they are a mess, but this shimmery shade is my go to for a night out. I wore this eye shadow for my cousin’s beach wedding in Cancun at the beginning of the month and I thought it worked perfectly with the fun atmosphere. My go-to eyeliner is the Almay liquid eyeliner in black. This product is super inexpensive, but it works wonders and stays in place all day! I have been setting my eye makeup with Urban Decay Primer Potion in the shade Sin. I usually wear neutral/shimmery eye looks, so this primer is the perfect base. For lips, everyday before I head to the office, I apply my Mac lipstick in Cream Cup. This shade with a gloss is great for work. Lastly, I’ve been using my Josie Maran Coconut Watercolor Cheek Gelee in the shade Pink Escape. This is the perfect summer shade and provides a nice flush without going too overboard.
