A Day in San Francisco, CA

We ventured to San Francisco, CA with Paul (my boyfriend) for a day of sight-seeing and yummy food. My parents live in Woodland, CA which is anywhere from 1.5-2 hours to San Francisco. Although the city is relatively close, we only head that way for special occasions like when friends and family come into town. Paul had been to San Francisco years ago so it was on his bucket list to take a day trip while visiting me and my family in California over the holidays. Going to San Fran is an all day adventure so we complied a to-do list to make the day as fun-filled as possible whilst avoiding rush hour traffic.

Pier Market Restaurant – Pier 39

 I only managed to snap this picture of the view while at lunch. I have to say, our food was sub-par at best. I got a chicken sandwich, my sister got a pulled pork sandwich, my mom got a cheeseburger and Paul got classic clam chowder. He really enjoyed his meal, which probably makes sense because Pier Market is definitely more of a seafood joint.
